Awbrey Lane 7 is a spacious, single-level retreat featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and brand-new carpet—offering all the comforts of home in the heart of Sunriver. This dog-friendly 4-bedroom getaway easily accommodates up to 10 guests.



Rest easy in the large primary suite with a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin trundle/daybed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Please note: this home does not have air conditioning; box fans are provided in the bedrooms.



Gather in the open-concept kitchen and dining area, complete with a spacious dining table ideal for family meals, puzzles, or late-night conversations. Step outside and take in the natural beauty of the surrounding Ponderosa pines—keep an eye out for deer, squirrels, osprey, or even a bald eagle soaring overhead near the Deschutes River.



In the summer, the large partially covered deck offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining, relaxing under the stars, or enjoying a family BBQ.
