My family of 10 adults and 1 toddler stayed at this house recently and loved it!
Pros: basically as close as you can get to the village, big space for a lot of people to hang out (we loved the living room sectional but hated how the ottoman was on wheels and just rolled all around), lots of outdoor patio chairs, great hot tub, SO MANY dishes, a good number of bikes (6 I think, no kids trailer so we rented one), 12 SHARC passes (not one-time, can use anytime), and the downstairs set up (great having pool table and hang out space separate from the upstairs bedrooms). Also this is a great house for young kids. There was a jogging stroller, pack and play (although Vacasa said there isn’t), tons of books and crayons and coloring books, lots of plates/bowls/utensils as well as baby gates and bathroom stools.
Cons: as some reviews have said it is pretty dark inside, not a lot of natural light. And the stairs/upstairs carpet is quite gross and 10 years past needing replacing, as is the living room rug. The AC works great, but is a bit unbalanced by floor (as in the basement is freezing, ground floor ok, top floor hot). I was also told the bunk beds downstairs were so squeaky that it was hard to sleep bc they made noise with any minor move. The mattresses were getting saggy but ok, and the lovely jetted tub upstairs had no drain stopper so was unusable. The hot water temp is set way too high and can burn you if you’re not careful (plus side there seems to be plenty of hot water)
Overall we’d stay here again with another large group
