We arrived to a house that was not fully cleaned.

The floors were not vacuumed and the toilet dirty. The outside decking and Lounge were filthy and could not be sat upon. The washing machine was clogged up with previous detergent that took a rinse cycle to eliminate. Overall we were very disappointed.
