My stay was great. I especially appreciated Avi Rathi for his helpfulness with all questions I had during my stay. The bed was a bit hard and the chair in my room was stained. Otherwise, everyone and everyting was great!

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Overall was good
The overall experience is very good, but there are certain things in room like the bathing facilities can be improved. They does not seems to be up to Marriott standard. The price is also little expense compared to the facilities what they have there
