Great, comfortable stay with amazing staff. The location is perfect and central to Jalan Alor, restaurants/bars, shopping, and the metro. Loved the design of the rooms and rooftop pool, and the beds were comfy. Wish there was a fridge in the room, but there were plenty of toiletries and overall, it was unbeatable value!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at MOV Hotel (!4th March - 25th March 2025) the staff from every department were just so polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. My room was very clean and comfortable, safety is a priority with the main door being manned 24/7. The hotel to me was quirky and different from most hotels and fun to stay in. The hotel location is perfect and not far (or just a Grab ride (like Uber) to wherever you want to explore) and an easy walk to the city centre - The Malaysian hospitality of the staff (who were always smiling) made my stay memorable. Will definitely be my hotel choice and will definitely be back without a doubt. Thank you MOV Hotel - 5 stars.

The hotel is clean and decent. However it seems to have deteriorated a bit since the last time I stayed here 2 years ago. Amenities could be a bit better. The biggest drawback is the location. While it is just 10 mins walk to Jalan Bukit Bintang and all the glitzy malls and restaurants, the area around Mov itself is a little seedy. It’s perfectly safe though.

The hotel communicated with me before arrival ensuring I had all the necessary information. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool area had a comfortable seating area and was breezy in the afternoon. It was very close to Jalan Alor area so lots of eating options. Walkable to KLCC park and Petronas Towers, Tomes Square and KL Forest Echo park. Overall great value and I’d stay there again.

The air conditioning was to noisy even on low speed, the bed was a little uncomfortable probably because the base was always moving around and no Facial towers in the Bathroom. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Service was good in reception.

The staff were great, helpful when we had problems and allowed us to use the lobby phone to make local calls related to our trip. HOWEVER, the hotel is very dirty, likely hasn't been deep cleaned in a decade. Felt catfished by the ad.

MOV Hotel is located at Bukit Bintang, and it's a really good spot for those who want to eat local delicacies and enjoy the night scene. There is also a cheap affordable RM5 breakfast, which has a good enough variety of food for those on the go. Amenities wise, the hotel only had a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash and had to do my ironing at the rooftop (everyone had to share the iron). This is a no-frills hotel and it's pretty good if you are looking for some place clean, decent and value for money.
