Absolute 5-star quality and treatment in this 5-star hotel. I booked a deluxe room with King bed and Petronas Tower view. It is located at the corner of each floor. I'm surprised on how big the room was, the furnishing, the comfort and the brightness of the room. The view to the open park and the Petronas Towers took my breathe away. Although the room is pretty new, I'd like to suggest the hotel to install electric or automatic curtains in the future. Seriously, at this age and for a Grand Hyatt brand, I don't expect myself to draw the curtains manually. Even though I checked in at 3pm, my room was not ready immediately. The hotel compensated me with free breakfast at the restaurant throughout the stay, which became a plus point for service recovery. The restaurant for breakfast was pretty big and the variety of food were extensive (although the coffee could be better). The pool was also quite chill, and bar food and drinks were available to order from here. I'd love to stay here again next time. P/S, seriously, why had the lobby at the top most floor? It was really a stupid idea to travel to the highest floor and to get down again to reach the room.
