A very pleasant experience right from the get go. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. Requests were attended to very quickly. Breakfast selection and taste were ok; the roti canai was authentic, very delicious! And what was really amazing was that they had a senior staff walk around the restaurant during breakfast asking guests for their check-out date and time. We thought nothing of this at the beginning until he shared that if we were checking out in the early morning the next day, i.e. around 6am or so, they could pack some breakfast for us. We were Wowed! This is an example of excellence in customer service, going the extra mile to meet customers’ needs. Well done!! Room was very spacious and very clean. Overall we really enjoyed the stay at IHL Hotel KL. We wishes we could have longer than the 2 nights. But after this experience, we will certainly be back!!

Staff are friendly and hotel is comfortable and well located to walk or take shuttle services. Only comment would be, some of the hotel's beddings, linens and towels are old; all of which could use a refresh. Had a few crusty / stained towels but House Keeping were very accommodating with replacing them several times till we inspected clean ones.
