“We had a wonderful stay at the Dar Aicha. The home is beautiful, clean, and situated on a nice plot of land. Not too far from the beach and is private. We stayed in March, so while it wasn't warm enough to enjoy all the outdoor amenities, the house itself was wonderful. Our group was there for a work retreat, and the big living room provided a good space to discuss and work together. The kitchen is spacious and the rooms are great. We loved how each room had an en-suite bathroom. The property……

“I wanted to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel because I felt like I would have a little more privacy and I was on a budget. The apartment was within my budget and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and I was able to open up the windows to get fresh air. There was a lovely view of the ocean as well.”

“Stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2023. Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. I worked remotely for two of the three weeks and the WiFi was sufficient. Secure underground parking space. Great location for Nabeul, Hammamet and the beaches. Lots of restaurants and places to visit. Central location. “Property was advertised with pool and internet, it had neither. Travelled 30 hours and wanted a nice shower to be told the water is turned off on a night, so was unable to shower. No water in the fridge, no kettle. The bedroom is above a main road so if you want a good nights sleep, good luck. “Assolutamente impresentabile. invasi dalle formiche e lucertole. molto scadente nei servizi. impossibile farsi una doccia, seri problemi con lo scarico del wc, difficoltoso persino chiudere la porta di casa. nessuna tv. già al momento della prenotazione abbiamo avuto sorprese. tutti i servizi presentati sono risultati a pagamento extra ( wi fi, tv, aria condizionata, pulizie giornaliere) dopo aver coinvolto l'ufficio legale di home away il proprietario aveva offerto servizi gratis per poi……
