“Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent.
It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating.
My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor……

“Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. In arrival the staff were downright rude. Snapping orders at us “passports” and “pay now” without a please or thank you. They don’t like the fact we asked to look at the room before payment. The room they allocated was at the front on a very busy and noisy main road. I asked to be swapped which they did - to be fair this wasn’t an issue for them. Breakfast was a different matter entirely - very poor. Bland cereals - rice crispies or coco pops. Not tea……

“Negatives …tired looking rooms. Air conditioning was not great had to change rooms due to an issue they did their best.Breakfast was ok. Positives…..great views if you have a balcony, beds a very comfortable, nice big fluffy towels. Great location for beach and shops/bars away from the crazy Levante beach and bars!”

“This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.”
