"Booked for my teenage stepson and his best friend for their first time abroad alone. All communications with Nathalie were swift and concise. The apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, spacious, modern and very clean. The young men were very happy with the location as well, lots of bars and cafes in the area, and have asked if they can return in Spring next year. Good value for money as well."

"Había reservado un apartamento con salón y una habitación aparte lo que aparecía en la foto y en la discusión, pero recibí una habitación no el la planta que me ponía la oferta si no en otra planta …. Me ofrecieron devolver el dinero eso sí pero a era tarde para buscar otra cosas , me devolvieron 30 euros por no recibir lo que me habían ofrecido pero igual no es lo justo !!!! No reservo más con ellos !!!!"

Hotel Rosamar Benidorm

6/10 Okay

"Room was lovely with two double beds, perfect for us, also the shower is one of the best I have ever had, was a large enclosure with plenty of hot water, we were all inclusive which was a waste of time for us as we still chose to eat out but the free coffee machine was delicious. Hotel location was perfect. The only downside was the lifts, they are slow, small and warm, we were in the 14th floor and lots of people using lifts to go up or down a couple of floors happens a lot, if two of the lifts were for floors say 8 to 14 only I think this would help a lot but I don't know but apart from that the whole stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for children, not that we had any but there is definitely plenty for children here."

"Great hotel, breakfast was great, good selection of food, and fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for old town, great selection of drinks at the pool bar, and the cocktail at the rooftop bar were amazing, would recommend and definitely stay again, only one small criticism was not enough umbrellas for the pool, and people reserving sun loungers with towels and not using them."

"Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off."
