"I never stayed there! Although hotels.com charged my card once I did the booking, when I arrived there the hotel informed me that they don’t have my booking! And they don’t have any contract with hotels.com! I requested a refund from hotels.com because it’s not my fault but I never got it!"

"Guesthouse / mini hôtel à taille très humaine dans un quartier vivant (plusieurs restaurants dans la rue..dont celui des propriétaires de l'hôtel). Manque peut être une piscine pour le prix. Proximité de l'aéroport et Navette aéroport incluse gratuite très pratiques. Par contre, oser me faire payer une demi chambre supp, juste pour prendre une douche le soir suite à un retard avion, qui plus est alors que le matin même ma douche est totalement défectueuse et que j'avais du me rincer au...

"This hotel was amazingly accommodating for our large group. We were traveling back to America and wanted to stay close to the airport. The staff was friendly and quickly checked us in after midnight. Georgina (I may have spelled her name incorrectly) was wonderful adding our children with breakfast. They were super excited about the buffet and pool. The restaurant staff were kind and efficient, always cleaning and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful, well kept and a perfect place to relax and have fun. Can’t wait to return!! "
