“Modern hotel in an old silk mill. Very cool. Clean. Make sure to get a room away from the busy street and train in front. They only provide housekeeping every other day which was not mentioned on the website. Decent breakfast”

Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. ”
