"Our stay was magical. This was the perfect place to have some family time and get away from everything. We so enjoyed the privacy and expanse of open beach to walk and swim. The ocean is steps from the back door and you can sit comfortably on the covered porch for hours. The restaurant a few doors down is a must for good food, welcoming atmosphere and relaxed vibe. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the beauty of nature all around. As others have said, make sure to get all your groceries before coming to the house because it is a trek to go back to Freeport. The seclusion is absolutely part of the magic. "

"Staff was exquisite at the front desk. Amenities are as advertised. This is NOT a jumpin party spot, it’s a relax and unwind vibe where you are treated the way you should be . Rooms are in great condition and the property is well maintained . Don’t miss the free ferry for excursions to Taino beach it’s a 5 minute ride !"

"We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door and we never got housekeeping. The food was decent and the private beach was nice but we did find a place around the corner called Junkanoo beach it's a 2 minute walk down the beach from island of the seas. the food was amazing, friendly staff, a DJ, beach games, beautiful beach and lots of shells and sand dollars. We went there everyday. It made our vacation worth wild. I do not recommend Island of the Seas and woukd never go back. "

What truly made this experience exceptional was our host, Steve. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel instantly welcomed. We had the pleasure of spending time with Steve and his partner, an experience that made our stay even more meaningful. It allowed us to discover off-the-beaten-path spots and experience the local culture in a truly authentic way.
