“Nice stay. Would stay again.”

“The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. ”

“Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. ”

“The home is very beautiful. It has a lot of charm. The neighbor hood was quiet. I would definitely reserve it again and recommend to others.”

“As a travel nurse, finding a place with all the amenities I needed was a huge bonus. This cute little home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. Although it’s close to the freeway, the traffic noise didn’t bother me since I’m used to city living. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travel nurses.”

“This was a great property. It is an older home and has its older home quirks, but they did not hinder our comfort, sense of security, or stay. It’s a great fenced yard for our dogs with green grass and great shade from the tree. The additional space in the basement also offered perfect privacy and idea of distance for our teenage daughter. It also stayed nice and cool down there for dogs in their kennels while we were out. If we are ever in Wichita again, we would definitely book again!”

“This place is almost brand new, very tidy, and well located near Old Town in Wichita. The host was very responsive on the couple things that came up. Also, the space veels very secure. Definitely recommended.”

“Walked in and it was immaculate! Not aLocation for more than a couple. Pleasant and comfortable. You will hear trains because it is a railroad transition town. But the train horns are short and not longI would stay again!!!!”

“The host was very helpful & very quick to respond! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!”

“Pet friendly is the primary reason we stayed. The place is exceptionally clean and quiet. We will certainly stay here again. A pamphlet of information/instructions would have been beneficial as email contact did not provide prompt exchanges. In any event thanks for a very clean, reasonable and functional place to stay.”

“The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.”

“Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!”

“Everything was great. Easy to find. Our family had so much fun on our trip and enjoyed the house!”

“This little home away from home was just the ticket for my stay in Wichita with my grandson. Easy on and off interstate 235, but far enough away to be quiet.”
