Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Place both hot tub covers on top of tub. Take all trash to the property dumpster as shown on site map. Turn off gas at propane tanks if grill or patio heater were used.
Ok to leave washed dishes in drain board to dry.
Please leave key on welcome binder on the front counter on your way our.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Place

This was our first time at this property. The layout is great and the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Terrific location, and the nearby Turkish restaurant was very good, just a short walk away.

This property has so many perks ; hot tub , complimentary little coffee / tea bar , they even had a variety snacks & treats we appreciated as well. Located close to winery’s , antique stores , unique eateries & best of all Lake Michigan.

Perfect Girls weekend

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Great location and absolutely beautiful place. They have rrally thought of everything you may need. Clean and cozy. Plenty of space and room for the 3 of us to enjoy and the Hot Tub was the absolute plus in snowy weather.

Weekend getaway

Loved staying at the vineyard loft "The Penthouse". It was such a perfect place to stay and convenient location. Not far from a lot of our favorite places and new places we wanted to try. The host was available when needed. Everything was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great Stay near wineries

We had a great stay. The property was very clean, beds were comfy and little extras were provided such as coffee and toiletries. The location was perfect for going to wineries and checking out the surrounding towns. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Escape

"The Penthouse" being smack in the middle of a small town was an amazing experience! A level of calmness and serenity meets modern, contemporary design and provided an amazing time away. The hosts, Joe and Kate do an amazing job of making sure you have everything you need and leave clear instructions on what to do when you want to use ammenities!! Felt like we could feel their hospitality from how comfortable we felt staying here! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Amazing!
