The Greenhouse Studio Loft Three Guests

The Loft is private and non-smoking and it not pet friendly.

There is a small functioning kitchenette with gas cook top, electric oven, microwave and small refrigerator. It's a basic kitchen with essentials basic pots, dishes and utensils. There is one queen bed and one twin bed. Dogs or other pets are not allowed.

The space
The space is a converted greenhouse. The original greenhouse was used for my father, avid vegetable gardener, who started all his seedlings and vegetable plants in late winter. The studio faces southeast so even in the winter young plants will receive the maximum amount of light for growing prior to outdoors planting.

Guest access
This space has it's own entrance with private driveway separate from the other apartments in the main house. Guests may use the laundry below upon request. Guests may also sight see the grounds or request an art studio/workshop tour if I am available. During these current times only one set of guests are allowed on-site and I live next door 275' away so social distancing is well in effect here.

Other things to note
If a guest smokes in the space a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Free Wifi - only availability in the area as there is only one provider here. Internet access may be slow depending on the amount of devices running simultaneously. -- Apologies for any inconvenience
