「Amazing gem. Initially thought I was looking for a bed to crash on my roadtrip. Ended up really enjoying the old victorian style house and the breakfast was to die for. expedia states after hours checkin is not available but you just have to call the number for check-in instructions.」

「Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.」

「This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! 「DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. 「Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again!」

「Definitely not as clean as it looks online. Multiple things are in need of repair - elevator, hallway air conditioning, lights not working in the room, lights were full of dead bugs. Asked for more towels and we had to go get them ourselves. Air conditioner leaking into the floor onto the carpet. Door would not latch properly and could not use dead bolt to lock the door. Bathroom door did not shut properly.」
