“The 1st thing you notice when you drive up is all the parking space, the beautiful landscape and cute wooden bridge. When you open the front door...lets just say the pictures do not do justice to how gorgeous the inside of the house is. The wide open layout gave us so much room to enjoy ourselves. Everything you need from cooking, to laundry..to showering is all there. They have thought of everything for their guests. “Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!”

“The house worked perfectly for us. It was the perfect size for our group. We needed a house to stay in because we went to the Bulls Bands and Barrels at the Brookshire Grocery Arena and it worked out great. Thank yall for the hospitality and allowing us to use yalls house!”

“This is a beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a college graduation, and we were able to comfortably visit with family in the spacious living room each evening. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owner had so many little thoughtful extras (coffee syrup! body wash!). “Pros: The cabin was adorably decorated and very clean! Beds were super comfortable with new mattresses. Lots of extras, including seasonings and some condiments left in the fridge. Pellet grill was already stocked with pellets and ready to use. Wifi worked well, cell service was good, and TVs were provided in living room and all three bedrooms. Cushions were available for the two outside chairs. Amazing gas stove!! (One of my favorite parts) Cons: Yard was very overgrown due to standing water……
