“We had a great stay, only problem was one of the elevators was broken and it was very crowded when we were there ”

“Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. ”

“Just some minor things I noticed but overall an enjoyable stay. One elevator was down and the one we took took sounded unsafe. The front door attendant and valet were not friendly or helpful in that we could have used the elevator instead of stairs with all our luggage. In our rooms some dust and a spot on duvet but otherwise clean, well thought out and spacious. Food and art in the hotel are fabulous as well as atmosphere. Staff were helpful when asked.”

“This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring……

“This was a great property and overall the room was very clean. The bathroom I think could use new ventilation as there was some evidence of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other than that great staff and amenities. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”

“Check in was great as well as breakfast. The desk clerk and breakfast attendant were delightful. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. However. When we entered the room a large fan was blowing to dry out very wet carpet near the entrance of the restroom. The room really was not ready for guests in that regard. They did remove the fan but the carpet remained quite wet throughout our stay. was no bedding for the sleeper sofa but it was brought to our room in a timely manner. There were……
