"Everything was as advertised. The room was clean, well equipped with basic necessities such as plates, soaps, towels etc. The property was close to everything including the beach and restaurants. The property manager was easy to reach out to. We will definitely be booking again. "

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."

"Did not do the breakfast buffet nut ordered room service breakfast which was very good. The waterhouse hot springs was excellent and everything else was very nice."

"Despite this being a hotel on the beach, there's no actual beach access.You have to go out the front door on the main road and then go around behind the hotel. There are doors there to the beach, but they just don't let you ever go in and out of them , it's inconvenient. Also , if you're looking for a place to sit and have a glass of wine by the pool , this is not for you. The swimming pool is extremely crowded. They have only a few lounge seats and there's no where to get any drinks or refreshment. The outdoor part of it is extremely small and the whole thing is on the sixth floor of the hotel. Also, there's no casual dining options at this hotel. Breakfast is extremely expensive and there are no other options. "

"This hotel is very good, the room was clean, staff are very nice. My room is small, but it has everything, good for my solo travel."

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "
