“Very clean. Nice staff. The room was updated recently. The exterior is dated but well maintained. ”

“The breakfast was fresh and the room was clean. There were a few minor things that could be fixed in the room and the shampoo and conditioner containers weren’t there. The pool was fun for my kiddos. The staff was really nice. We had a bit of trouble getting our code to our door to work however the office staff helped well with that. They responded in a timely manner to answer any questions that I had. I would stay here again. :) ”

“Great Breakfast! Scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and more. Room was nice but offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash; conditioner remained empty my entire stay and body wash ran out the day I left. Otherwise fine.”

“The hotel was being rennovated to an extreme that made it difficult. Signage is all on the floors. We were given a different room style than what we reserved (with no discount) that had outlets and blinds that did not work. No sheets or pillows were included for the pull out couch. There was renovation dust all over one wall. It was not disclosed that the pool was closed. There were signs for a vending machine that we were then told doesn't exist.They ran out of food at the free breakfast.”

“Felt safe, communication difficult to understand, shower made a lot of noise but did have hot water and breakfast was good. ”

“It was very loud till 1AM. We barely got sleep as everyone was up banging around again by 5 AM. The pool was cold. I asked for a call from hotel and never got one. The least theh could do is give me half if not sll my money back. I wont be staying there again so a free sray wil do no good. I made a complaint and nothing was done. Just not a great experience for us. I had a child there too and she was not running and yelling down hallways at 11:30 pm. It apparently was srare wrestling of some……

“Room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shopping, eating, and the Denny. One of the best places we have ever stayed. ”

“Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room.”
