“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. “We stayed at this property for ten nights in April. This was our second stay here, previous summer 2023 was the first. So obviously we liked it so much that we were anxious to return when we travelled back to Sioux Falls again. There is not much we can add to our previous review. Everything was wonderful, exactly as advertised, all items needed for our stay were available. We had a lot of activities on our plate this time, so we didn't spend a great deal of time at the property itself, but it……

“This place was the perfect place to relax! The hosts went above and beyond to help with needs! The patio was perfect for our family to relax! The kids enjoyed playing ball in the yard, foolsball and Nintendo! The house is set up perfect with great amenities for the kids! Loved the coffee bar and all the extras! We are hoping to make a trip back!”

“The property was stunning. We were a little disappointed that was no river view from anywhere on the property. After all it is called the Riverview Cabin. We loved the atmosphere and the quiet setting of the property.”

“We were blown away by our entire experience with this property! Everything was a notch above what is typical--the decor, cleanliness, entertainment options and layout of the house served our group of 6 adults well. We enjoyed easy meals together using all the necessary kitchen supplies down to the ample amount of silverware and coffee. We had a great time unwinding on the sport court, pool deck and jacuzzi. Even the communication was prompt and positive. Highly recommend! Next time we're hoping……

“This was a great place to stay. WiFi was very spotty and could not really use for phones or laptops while we were there. Game room was great and we used the spa everyday. Great communication with host. Master bed needs to be replaced as the frame is coming apart but mattress was great. ”

“We had an excellent stay 3 night stay while in town for a friend’s wedding weekend. The townhouse was very clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again!”

“Loved the location and amenities. We have hunted the Hoesing properties for the last 6 years and stayed in Vermilion previously. This was a million times better. Hope to re-book for next year. Maybe we'll have to ask about getting permission to hunt the VRBO property as well. Ha!”

“This house is absolutely perfect for a family. The layout is spacious and open, yet has definitive separation of spaces. The Harry Potter room is great for kids! Fenced in backyard with access from the kitchen was awesome for our dogs. Well maintained home and very clean! Highlight of the stay was my 2 high school aged children found a Harry Potter board game downstairs and played that game all weekend - never even looked at their phones! Amazing property! Will definitely keep in mind for future……
