The Hotel Bergamo a beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking into room, and even after we could check in, we noticed that there was someone else struggling to access their check in code. Overall, however, I would highly recommend.

good hotel in a great location

Good hotel in a perfect location in Bergamo. great communication via email/whatsapp prior to our stay to ensure we were ready to check in (submitting id information, paying city taxes). Be warned that desk help is very limited at this hotel and you need to have a phone/computer with internet to receive the hotel entry/room pass key code to get in and out. The staff can't give you this information. Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms were big. We had issues with loose bathroom fixtures and small fridge with a non-closing (malfunctuioning) door. There is a public parking garage less than a 5 minute walk behind the hotel if you need to park.

No check in desk, nowhere to drop luggage

I wasn’t told that there’s no even a space to leave luggage or whatsoever. Just after you pay - you receive a message saying - the room is accessible by code which you’ll receive by 3 pm and you won’t be able to access the prémisses before that. This should be announced before booking, cu I arrived 8 in the morning and I had no space or anywhere to leave my 23 kilo bag so I needed to drag it all the day with me. At the end I didn’t even go back to the property and didn’t bother to use it but just booked another more decent accommodation.

Fantastic Bergamo

We were on a short holiday with friends in Bergamo and found this hotel to be perfect for our stay. Close to the airport, train station and all the sites you would want to see in Bergamo. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, we can’t fault this hotel. Well worth the money.

Superbe chambre calme et propre, en plein centre ville. Tout est géré par smartphone, mais quelqu’un est toujours dispo par téléphone en cas de problème.

No reception! Late at night 11pm we were made to wait 1hour outside the gate … with completely useless comments by 3 different people on an anonymous phone. We were completely wet, our 4 year old son got a cold with fever. Nobody even bothered to let us enter the building at least.

Olimme toista kertaa ko. hotellissa yötä. Sijainti on kiva piazzan vieressä. Huone siisti ja kylpyhuone moderni. Hotellissa ei mitään palveluja. Koodit porttiin ja oveen saa etukäteen. Huoneessa Nesspresso kahvinkeitin ja jääkaappi. Talon alakerrassa on leipomoliike, josta haimme aamulla tuoreet sämpylät. Täten aamiaisen puuttuminen hotellista ei meitä haitannut.

1 notte a Bergamo

La struttura è molto bella ed in posizione ottimale. Non essendoci reception il check-in è stato un po' laborioso ma ha comunque funzionato. Camera e bagno molto belli; unica nota negativa il cattivo odore in bagno probabilmente dovuto a problemi del sistema fognario

Quite poor, wouldn't stay again

There is very little communication from the hotel and you need a code to get into both the building and your room which we didn't receive so we were stuck outside in the cold for almost 45 minutes. The room itself is fine but the bathroom wasn't clean, hairs left everywhere. Even after the room had been cleaned again they were still there. When taking a shower the bath tray immediately fills up and flooded the whole bathroom and into the main room.
