Beautiful place to stay in a great location to explore both the lower and upper parts of the city.
Very helpful host and the rooms were nicely decorated with all facilities you could wish for.
We would definitely use this place again if revisiting the area.
Great location. Near the cable car for the Citta Alta and close to nightlife of the city. An easy 30 minute walk to the Choruslife Arena. Bed was really comfortable and room was warm. Very modern. Manager was kind and approachable. Recommended.
Very nice accommodations. I loved the space and will stay here again, the bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet with working A/C as well on a hot day.
Really great location and room. The room was new and it was the perfect location when you want to stay close to both the old city and the new. Great host and the service was fantastic. Only positive things to says about ginevra rooms.
Lovely modern room, with complimentary slippers, ear plugs, coffee and tea.
Comfortable bed.
Excellent location close both to the old and new towns, and close to the bus stop to the airport.
Very welcoming owner,
Had a wonderful experience staying at Ginevra Rooms. The room was modern, new and clean. It has a fabulous balcony with a great, spacious view. Leila the owner was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend others to stay!
Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed.
I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again.
We found our place easily and parking was availble for E15 a night across from property. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Hostess was helpful and friendly. Easy walk to the furnicular to take you up to the old city. Highly recommend!
Lovely property and exceptional instruction for entry. No issue at all! There are many signs about what to do or mostly what not to do inside the unit which made it a little uncomfortable. I suppose that's how they upkeep the unit. I would definitely stay again. Comfortable and nice space!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ginevra Rooms. We had the Patek suite and it was big and comfortable. The suite is clean and modern. The female staff, whose name I do not remember was exceptionally accommodating, setting up the mini fridge to stay on 24 hours a day, responding to us on her day off, etc.
We loved the location with its many good restaurants, a gelato shop around the corner, easy access to the old town, a cute park across the street and a large shopping area a 10 minute walk away.
We would stay here again without question.
Lovely, luxurious large and comfortable room in a great location between the lower and upper city of Bergamo. Situated opposite a bus stop for easy transfers to and from the station and airport and the upper and lower city. The room was very clean and well decorated. PLEASE NOTE (especially if you book a non refundable room) to enter the property you must have a mobile telephone that can dial through to Italian lines and not via Wifi or VOIP dialling. On arrival you have to ring a given number twice to get through the two entrance doors. We didn’t know that in advance and only found out after making our booking with Hotels.com when we received an email direct from the accommodation provider. If you don’t have that facility they say you need to cancel the reservation. It should be ok with most international mobile phones but think it’s important for customers to know this in advance.
This is a lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend it for a number of reasons: it has a great location within walking distance of main shopping streets in the new town and of the funicular, which takes you to the old city readily. On the door step are a small bar, a restaurant and a four-star hotel. In addition, access to the accommodation is easy and carefully explained. This is not a hotel so does not have a bar etc but the rooms are lovely. We stayed in a large room with a sitting area, balcony and lots of amenities including a coffee machine and two TVs! The manager, Leila, was very helpful and the room was serviced daily to a very high standard with still and sparking water provided daily. The air conditioning is super. The bus stop for the airport is close by, as well as a share-rent stop for bicycles and e-scooters. We had no complaints at all - it is a lovely place to stay and we would consider stating there again in the future.

Beautiful rooms and very straightforward instructions for checking in and out. Location perfect for Bergamo and getting the train to Milan. Also ideally located for Bergamo Airport. Communication from Leila was great. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
Had a good stay here for 24 hours in Bergamo. Conveniently located if you want to be able to see both lower town and upper town/historic center. Bus stop close to the entrance takes you both to the airport as well as to upper town. Room was clean and had everything I expected. Safe not big enough to fit a laptop but the building felt fairly secure.
Nice modern serviced rooms ideally positioned for both the old town or new town. Hotel 120m away from the Funicular up to the old town and 120m away from restaurants in the new town.
It was our second time the room are clean and comfortable . The hotel is in the center near everything
Leila the owner was very nice and helpfull
Bergamo is wonderfull
The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening.
We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town.
Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception.
We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby.
