“整体都很好”

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When we returned in the middle of the night we saw the arm down but there were gates that were down and we had never seen them before. Anyways we……

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”
