“This pleasant and spacious apartment on the top floor of a traditional Austrian home is accurately represented by the photos on the website. It is full of character and has lovely views of the Gaisberg and a local pasture with sheep. It is in a quiet neighbourhood in Bergheim, yet it is close to downtown Salzburg. We were travelling by car and the location was perfect for us: it was a 10 minute drive to all the famous sites in Salzburg and it is also conveniently located close to the highway A1……

“Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said……

“The apartments are very nice and spacious. There is a grocery store less than a five minute walk away which was very convenient. It was about a 25 minute bus ride to Salzburg, but the views are very beautiful and the bus stop is very close by to the apartments. They also offer free transportation during your stay so that was super unique and amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, as well, with a big mountain right in front of you. The beds were also so comfy! And we were also able……
