Private, light filled retreat space... with your own pickleball court!

This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Cabin

The pictures for this cabin don't reflect how roomy and spacious this place is! It is a very clean, comfortable and quiet retreat. My wife and I had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book this place again if we are in the area.Thanks Patty and Bill for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place.

We had to change dates, and the hosts responded quickly and kindly. This place was perfect! We loved everything about it. It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to rest and rejuvenate. The property is lovely and great to explore. The hosts had everything we needed in the house. They even left smore fixings and a fire starter for the fire pit. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Cell service is spotty, but that was a blessing for us. We'd definitely recommend, and we hope to be back.

A Dream

Beautiful vacation home situated on a picturesque landscape. Peaceful and quiet, it's everything you would hope for as a get-away. The owners are so very kind and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely stay here again, and give my highest recommendation to other fellow travelers.

Beautiful home(cabin) spacious.

Spent a very relaxing weekend at the cabin, was very happy with size of cabin and all the amenities. Only about 10 minutes to Berkeley Springs, so easy to get to town for a day of fun. The peace and serenity was great only wished the weather would have been warmer so as to explore the property.(our fault as it was late February)

Great place top relax

Hate to leave a good review, might not be able to rent it again when I can back here. But since the hosts were outstanding I will. A lot larger inside than expected. Very home feel with a great view. Needed a couple of nights away and this was just the place. Close enough to town (awesome place to eat -Country Inn) yet far enough away to relax under a dark star filled sky. Do yourself a favor and enjoy almost heaven spot!

A Wonderful Escape!

The Barn is a cozy, comfy, and clean get away. We had no issues getting to and from the property with clear directions and it is in a perfect location to get to Berkley Springs or any of the surrounding towns/resorts. Highly recommend!!!

My best friend and I had the most amazing weekend. The condo is beautiful and just so quiet. The furniture is lovely and incredibly comfortable. It’s an amazing place to turn the world off and relax.

A gorgeous property with lots of privacy. We had our own fire pit, and the hosts graciously provided fire starters, wood, and even s'mores ingredients! The bed was VERY comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern, and the living area was cosy for a movie night. We would absolutely like to stay here again!
