“What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Would 100% stay again in the future Thankyou ”

“It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would……

“Admittedly we messed up on the process for self checking as we were confused by Hotels confirmation of our booking, However, we had no communication with the property owner between February when we made the booking and paid in full to the 72hrs before we were arriving. We notified the owner that we were travelling from Australia, provided flight details and an ETA for checking to the apartments. This was not acknowledged and we had no communication at all with the property. Even when we realised……
