Leider sehr laut und nicht besonders sauber bei Ankunft

Der Verkehrslärm ist bis 22 Uhr und ab 4 Uhr leider recht extrem. Nimmt man im Erdgeschoss natürlich noch mehr wahr. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war zur Straßenseite unmöglich. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr staubig. Der Teppich knisterte beim Absaugen an Tag 1 als würde man einen Bordstein saugen. Couch müsste mal gereinigt, Schränke und Türen abgewischt werden... Parkplatz zu finden, gestaltete sich als Glückssache. Dafür ist die Verbindung mit den Öffis super, Edeka direkt gegenüber.
