Great property to stay at! 10 minutes from the beach, but also in a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Easy check in progress, clean property, and would definitely stay again!

Awesome Awesome Awesome! Beautiful home with nice setup. Easy to find and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Directions were simple and it was a fantastic place for a family of 6 to stay at.

We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and my boys used the gym. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. I gave accuracy of listing 4 stars because, the master has a Queen bed, not a King as stated. And the 2 bedrooms have 1 twin over full bed each not "two full over full bunk beds" each as stated. (The pictures do accurately show the 1 bunk in each room.) Also, the listing mentions needing bracelets for access to the community. Bracelets were not there, so that was a little stressful to us. A community map would have been helpful just to know where things are located in the community. The house was nice for a few days get away and I would definitely stay there again!

When we first arrived we didn’t know what unit we were in . There was no phone service to get a hold of anyone. After we got in the house the garage had the previous renters garbage left in there full of flies and maggots. I text and emailed about the issue and was told someone was coming to handle it and no one ever showed. Nothing like trying to eat and constantly swatting flies away. The bed in master bedroom was not a king bed it was a full or maybe a queen but definitely not a king size. The surrounding neighbors were rude over parking. Would definitely not go there again.
