This Hotel is set right by the river and is so peaceful and scenic. The staff are very friendly and there is a ferry right next to the hotel which is fun to ride just to cross the river and is less than a euro per person.

Quite good room

We had a very large room, clean, although the floor was very scratched, great location, with a very good restaurant downstairs. However, we were annoyed by the constant contact from the agency beforehand. Plus, I live in Germany, so why is everything described in English?

There's a car ferry service next to the hotel running early to quite late which can be a bit noisy. Not the ferry, but the cars & people embarking, disembarking & queuing.

Wir haben im Mai über Expedia ein Superior Doppelzimmer für 4 Personen im alten Fährhaus für 2 Übernachtungen im September gebucht. Als wir abends zum gebuchten Zeitraum im Hotel ankamen, war erstens die Rezeption seit 14 Uhr nicht besetzt und anstatt dessen sollte man sich telefonisch melden. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon teilte uns mit, das er unseren Namen nicht auf seiner Buchung findet und kein Zimmer mehr frei hat. Er hat auch keinerlei Anstrengungen unternommen uns ein Alternativhotel oder ähnliches anzubieten. Wir mussten daraufhin am Freitag Abend 3 Stunden lang mehrere Hotels in Berlin abklappern bis wir endlich ein Zimmer für die 2 Nächte bekommen haben. So etwas schlechtes ist uns noch nie passiert. Auch bei der Anfahrt zum Hotel ist dringend darauf zu achten wie Google einen zum Hotel leitet, denn auf der einen Seite der Havel fährt die Fähre nur bis 20 Uhr. Wenn es später wird droht ein Umweg von 50 Minuten.

Sehr schöner Blick aus dem Fenster, alles super sauber. Man konnte ganz unkompliziert mit einem Schlüsselcode Check in machen. Super Restaurant unter den Zimmer, läd zum verweilen ein. Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und hatte alles da was man brauchte.

Wir kamen nach sieben Stunden Fahrt an und es wurde uns gesagt, es sei kein Zimmer frei und ich hätte nicht gebucht. Dies kann ich allerdings mehrfach belegen und war zwei Tage vorher noch mit dem Hotel bzgl. des Check-Ins in Kontakt. Der Mann, mit dem ich sprach wirkte so, als wolle er Ausreden finden und mir die Schuld zuweisen, was in diesem Fall nicht möglich ist. Gestern erhielt ich von Seiten DES HOTELS die Anfrage, den Aufenthalt zu bewerten. Es war definitiv gebucht.

Leider gab es am Abend kein warmes Wasser, ein großer Spiegel wäre praktisch und beim Duschen lief das Wasser unter der Duschkabine hinter das Wc, ansonsten alles perfekt

Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und ist sofort auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Am Frühstück könnte noch etwas gearbeitet werden und mehr Abwechslung. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit, wiederkommen.

Mooie locatie en uitzicht. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijke personeel. De schoonmakers zijn vriendelijk en bereid te helpen als er wat is. Kamers erg ruim en schoon. Heerlijke geslapen, bedden en kussens waren perfect! Wij hadden 3 gezinskamers, alleen 1 ervan was wat krap. De overige 2 kamers waren ruim en ook gescheiden met een wand, wat prettig is met kinderen.

Starker unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer/ Bad

Starke Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer bzw. vermutlich aus dem Badezimmer. Dort waren Schimmelflecken sichtbar, die teilweise übergestrichen waren. Durch die späte Anreise und fehlende bzw. nicht besetzte Rezeption war kein Zimmerwechsel nötig. Die Whirlpoolwanne wurde nicht benutzt, da wir uns nicht in dem Badezimmer aufhalten wollten.

Flot beliggenhed, men kommer nok ikke igen.

Vi valgte hotellet da det blandt andet havde restaurant, og ellers så fint ud på billederne. Vi ankom lidt sent ca 19:45, og servicen med at få forklaret hvor nøgleboks og nøgler til lejligheden var, var rigtig fin, og blev forklaret i tlf, af en meget venlig og hjælpsom mand. Vi ville så hurtigt op med tingene og herefter ned i restauranten for at få noget mad. Desværre var restauranten lukket for denne sæson, hvilket vi ikke lige var blevet gjort opmærksomme på, så vi måtte tilbage til byen og finde noget andet. Rengøringen var mangelfuld, vi skulle benytte sovesofaen som var trukket lidt ud, og her havde ikke været gjort rent i lang tid. Herudover havde Huset havde sat sig så meget at man ikke kunne lukke døren ud til toilettet, da døren sad så hårdt mod gulvet, og man kunne ikke låse hoveddøren ind til selve hotel værelset, da vrideren på indersiden sad løst, og man stod med den i hånden når man skulle låse, den var i stykker. Til gengæld brugte vi både sovesofaen og dobbeltsengen da vi var 4 personer. Dobbeltsengen var fin, men sovesofaen, var så hård, at det næsten var som at sove på gulvet, fik ikke lukket et øje her. Nu skal det hele ikke være negativt, og der er meget smukt rundt om stedet, virkelig flot og idyllisk beliggenhed, og så er her helt roligt, så man bliver ikke forstyrret at trafik eller andet larm. Ved udtjekning gjorde vi opmærksom på tingene, men det virkede ikke som om det blev taget alvorligt, så standen er desværre nok stadig den samme.

Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben

Ein super schön gelegenes Hotel mit Terrasse/Biergarten direkt an der Havel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Raumteiler von Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Leider ist im Schlafbereich kein eigener TV. Bei der Senderliste herrscht blankes Chaos und eine ausgedruckte Senderliste gibt es nicht. Dann gibt es einen Wasserkocher jedoch keine Tassen, Tee oder Kaffeesticks. Auf der Getränkepreisliste im Zimmer steht leider nicht alles was im Kühlschrank ist oder darauf steht. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal mit geringfügigen Optimierungspotenzial. By the way, das Bett ist bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen.....

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Idyllischer geht es kaum. Der Blick auf die Havel entspannt sofort. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Kostenloses, sehr gutes Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, hier und da Gebrauchsspuren. Im Haus entspannte Stimmung. Preis für das Frühstück nicht gerechtfertigt, aber es gab noch nirgends so gute Brötchen!

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant direkt an der Havel. Ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm. Zimmer war jeden Tag super gereinigt. So macht es Spaß.

Bei Ankunft war im Empfang keiner. Erst nach suchen kam ein Kellner. Dem man anmerkte, dass es ihm stinkt, dass er am Feiertag arbeiten muss. Im Zimmer funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Auf mehrmaligen Nachfragen und Druck haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Brötchen waren dann nicht mehr da. Dafür überteuert. Sehr kleines Bad. Keine Zimmerreinigung aufgrund Personalmangel. Sehr merkwürdige Unterkunft
