Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden, die Wohnung war sogar größer als erwartet, wir waren begeistert und man fühlte sich gleich wohl.Einziges, das man als negativ bewerten könnte, Wohnung liegt unterm Dach im 4. Stock, leider ohne Aufzug. Haus dafür mit viel Charme.

Es war eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Da wir schon früher in Lichterfelde gewohnt hatten, wollten wir auch bei dieser Reise unbedingt wieder in diesem Stadtteil bleiben. Die FW liegt in der Nähe von Bushaltestellen und Supermärkten. Außerdem ist die Freie Universität Berlin nur wenige Stationen mit dem Bus entfernt, sodass die Wohnung auch für Wissenschaftler:innen, die die FU besuchen, bestens geeignet ist.Für uns mit einem 17 Monate alten Baby war der Platz schon ausreichend. Es gibt viele antike Möbelstücke, und da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, ist auch der Blick vom Balkon wunderbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir mit unserer Tochter durch die kleinen Dachfenster den Himmel sehen konnten.Sehr angenehm war auch, dass der Vermieter, Herr Kurthoff, gleich in der Nachbarwohnung wohnt, sodass die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert war. Wir haben ungefähr einen Monat hier verbracht, Herr Kurthoff und Frau Ton waren unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbar:innen waren ganz nett.Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Aber dieser Punkt fällt kaum ins Gewicht, weil die FW einfach so liebenswert ist. Zumal unsere Tochter gerade das Treppensteigen gelernt hatte und die Treppen mit großer Freude benutzt hat. :)Dank dieser FW konnten wir einen rundum glücklichen Monat in unserem geliebten Berlin verbringen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Herr Kurthoff und Frau Ton!!

Großartige Tage in der Villenkolonie

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was man braucht. Natürlich ist sie unter dem Dach ohne Aufzug, und wahrscheinlich wird sie auch warm im Sommer - ein Ventilator ist aber vorhanden. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung genau.Wir haben vor allem die schöne Lage in Lichterfelde-West genossen. Schöne, grüne Straßen, eine Umgebung wie ein Museum (Gründerzeit, Bauhaus, Jugendstil). Wenn man Interesse an Botanik hat, ist der botanische Garten sehr zu empfehlen. Zur Innenstadt waren es 30 - 45 Minuten, was völlig okay ist. Die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Tür und es fahren spätestens alle 10 Minuten Busse.Erwähnenswert ist auch noch der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist fast ein Grund dafür, wieder nach Berlin zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne großzügige Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der großen und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt fußläufig erreichbar, der Bus zur S-Bahn ebenfalls. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne, ruhige und gemütliche Künstlerwohnung

Die Wohnung war hell und schön gestaltet. Moderne Küche und Bad. Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Lichterfelde ist ein wunderschöner Bezirk für Streifzüge. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert.und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Danke für den erholsamen Aufenthalt!
