A small retreat.

The apartment was a nice surprise to me; it worked just fine. I needed time to seat , read, and write and the peace of the place provided that. It is a little bit retired from the center, but public transportation is excellent around the area (and in Germany in general). If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. Lots of conveniences stores and supermarkets, restaurants are decent around the area. The owner does not speak English but we did not have any problem communicating with them. really nice place. The Garden is a dream!!

The house is in a lovely garden with an inground pool. The only potential problem for older people is the staircase going from bedroom to bathroom at night. The owners are both helpful and pleasant, providing information about the neighborhood - which is suburban - and transportation.

Nice property, feels like home

On the other edge of Berlin, so less noise and less crowd. Property was nice. One bedroom house. Owners were nice and helpful. Furniture was comfortable. Shower and bathroom can be improved though. Grocery store nearby, but dining not walking distance.

Berlin get away

Very nice owners. House was smaller than expected and a bit of a language barrier. Our fault for picking this cozy home but way to far from the city center and the night life will like to enjoy. Thanks for letting us us your home.

Charmantes Häuschen am Rande Berlins

Hübsch im Garten gelegenes kleines Haus mit Charme aber etwas Renovierungsstau. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, interessante Umgebung mit schönen Zielen auch außerhalb der Innenstadt, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung ins Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Trotz nahegelegenen Hauptstraße sehr ruhig.

Ein ruhiger Ort zum Arbeiten

Ich hatte einen geschäftlichen Termin in Berlin und musste mich in Ruhe darauf vorbereiten. Das ist mir hier sehr gut gelungen. Die Verkehrsanbindung war trotz aktueller Baumaßnahmen sehr gut, das Auto konnte am Haus stehen bleiben. Familie Hahn war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und hatte viele Tipps zur Hand. Vielen Dank dafür, ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt.

Entspannen im Großstadt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung auf der Website. Und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war äußerst angenehm. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, so in der Großstadt. Dies werden Sie im wunderschönen großen Garten noch deutlicher erleben. Dank der Lage in der Nähe von Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind alle möglichen Orte in der Stadt bequem zu erreichen. Unserer Meinung nach ist diese wunderbar ruhige Oase sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Häuschen ungepflegt

Das nette Pärchen hat uns sehr lieb begrüßt und führte uns durch das Haus. Leider ist uns bei dem „Rundgang“ nicht direkt aufgefallen wie unsauber die Wohnung ist, daher entschieden wir uns dazu, die Haushälterin per Mail diesbezüglich zu informieren. Am nächsten Morgen stand sie unangekündigten bereits an der Tür da sie sich das Ganze gerne mal anschauen wollte (wir waren in Aufbruchstimmung und hätten es besser gefunden wenn die Dame sich telefonisch angekündigt hätte- das haben wir ihr auch so kommuniziert, dennoch wollte sie gerne weiterschauen) Wir zeigten ihr die Spinnenweben welche im ganzen Haus verteilt mit toten Spinnen (mind. 20 tote Spinnen haben wir gezählt) zu sehen waren. Anschließend zeigten wir ihr auch die Couch, die wir teilweise bereits gereinigt hatten. Sie argumentierte damit dass dies von den Gästen vor uns stammt und wenn wir gehen hinterlassen wir auch ebenfalls dreck - ja deswegen wird auch eine Reinigungsgebühr von 60€ gezahlt damit dies eben nicht der Fall ist wenn neue Gäste anreisen!!! Sie bat uns eine Rückerstattung von 20€ an und sagte das wäre ja nicht wirklich dreck was wir da sehen, sie würde da nichts sehen. Da wir dies unverschämt finden, haben wir abgelehnt. Sie erwähnte dass sie uns Bettwäsche geschenkt hätte, die sie normalerweise berechnet, da wir allerdings auch davon nichts wussten und dies auch nicht zur Sache tat, konnten wir nur noch den Kopf schütteln. Empfehlen würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr.

Das Haus ist für eine kleine Familie geeignet. Die obere Etage dient als Schlafzimmer und die untere Etage ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Bad. Das einzig Negative war, dass die Matratze hart war. Der Garten ist schön und zweckmäßig, aber der Pool ist sehr klein und für kleine Kinder geeignet. Generell bewerte ich es als sehr gut. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was uns mit unserem Aufenthalt sogar noch zufriedener gemacht hat.

A great place to stay in Berlin

A lovely house with an amazing garden. Although it's a bit far from the center of the city, it's super close to trams and buses that will get you there in no time. The house was exactly as in the photos, perfect for us (a couple), our hosts were super helpful, even shared with us the fruits and flowers from their garden and stayed in touch during the hole stay. We had a great time here, and will surely stay again if given the chance.

grüne Oase - empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zu dem Gesamtpreis, der an Fewo-direkt zu entrichten ist, kamen noch Endreinigungsgebühren und die Berlin-Übernachtungs-Steuer zusätzlich hinzu, die an die Vermieter direkt zu entrichten sind . Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser grünen Oase in Berlin sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße.
