Loft 1. 3 in the heart of Berlin

The apartment is a large room of a factory floor. 2 sleeping niches have been integrated to better accommodate the privacy. Up to max. 4 people can relax here and recharge their batteries. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also suitable for guests with wheelchairs, the entire apartment is barrier-free. The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. There is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster kettle and 2 plate induction cooker.

Kreuzberg is the vibrant heart of the capital, the ultimate melting pot for all things creative. Kreuzberg is always up to date and always full in life. A flair of world music accompanies you through the countless bars, restaurants and pubs. All major transport links to the highlights of Berlin are only 3 minutes walk away, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, etc. within reach. On-street parking is free.

Gezellig en rustig gelegen appartement midden in het bruisende Kreuzberg. Mijn zoon en ik hebben een fijne tijd hier doorgebracht. We hadden elk een afgescheiden deel v de loft ter beschikking. Bij een volgend verblijf zou ik hier weer willen zijn. Aanrader.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Modern und gepflegt Ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, großes Bad. Küche gut für Frühstück und kleine warme Mahlzeiten geeignet. Busse, U-Bahn, Lebensmittel, Restaurants und Kneipen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen bzw direkt vor der Tür

I liked the location of this property. It was in a lovely, entertaining area with lots to do. The ad was a little deceiving, as the rooms were not very private, they did not have full walls, and we were essentially all in the same room. Also, the owners never responded to questions through the app, and without a SIM card, I had no other way of communicating.

We loved the large space. So nice after small hotels. 4 beds and a living room. Big bathroom. The host gave detailed excellent directions on how to access it. Location was good. No place for breakfast nearby though and need to bring your own coffee. Sewer smells from drains in bathroom. Busy neighborhood but very quiet since the loft is on 3rd floor away from street. Lift available.

Super unflexible and poor communication

My stay at that apartment is very very mitigated. The location is great and the apartment super quiet. But pilows are not confortable and the communication with the two sisters hosts was super poor. There are not very responsive and foremost they are not at all flexible. I have travelled in many places all over the world. I have stayed in more than 20 apartments and this is the first time this happens. Host always try to find a suitable option and I have always without any exception had the possibility to store my luggage. I guess there is always a first time and never thought an host can be such unflexible. They definitely do not have any empathy towards their guests. We are only a source of money. On Abritel they have a very few comments I should have been more cautious before selecting that flat. If you have choice, choisie an apartment where guest experience is valued. This is definitely not the case here.

Excellent option for friends or family

The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and in a great location. There is very easy access to bus lines and subway lines. It’s perfect for a group of friends. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
