There is no personal attention given to customers whatsoever. Everything is done electronically. I strongly suggest you deny them any association with VRBO. I will never use your service again as a result of my experience at this property!

Um 11 Uhr ist Check Out, bereits um 10:45 stand ohne zu klopfen irgendein Mann einfach im Zimmer. Seriös war dies nicht, vorher hat er unseren Code für das Zimmer? Warum kommt er ohne zu klopfen und dazu noch ZU FRÜH in unser Zimmer? Eine Putzkraft war er nicht, diese hatten wir bereits schon öfter gesehen. Als wir um 11 das Zimmer verließen kam er bereits wieder hoch! Ich finde es das ist ein kompletter Eingriff in die Privatsphäre. Außerdem ist die Küchen Ausstattung sehr billig. Einige Dinge fehlend. Eine Mikrowelle mit Backofen integriert wäre sehr zum Vorteil. Die Dusche sieht mega aus, ist allerdings unvorteilhaft, weil man aufpassen muss nicht das ganze Zimmer zu überfluten. Sonst eine schöne Einrichtung, nur doofe Lage.
