"The house itself is a little outdated as far as interior, but was comfortable enough for our party of 5. A little on the smaller side inside, but kids enjoyed being steps away from the beach. However, the house is located on the public access part of the beach, so you have cars driving around on the beach in front of you. On either side of the house, were houses with private beach access, so no car access on either side of the house, which I would have preferred. However, communication with the owners was excellent! Check-in Instructions were easy to follow and access to the house was easy as well, and the kitchen was stocked very well. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay, but next time we would prefer to spend a little extra money for a more updated home."

"The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. Parking was easy. Beach access was very convenient by driving or walking. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything we needed was provided by the host. The beach view was nice. This host allowed pets which most properties do not. Everything was as advertised. Kathy was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again given the opportunity!"

"Our 2nd time staying and it’s like coming home! Clean, everything you need and the view doesn’t get any better! It was quiet and no traffic. You are just a few steps away from the beach . As I sit here writing this… I’m wishing I was looking out those windows! Carol is the perfect host! You literally don’t need to bring beach toys, chairs, boogie boards. You will need a canopy/umbrella but that’s it! The “toy closet “ in the twin bed room was a life saver and kept our grandson busy! It’s the perfect place!"
