"We had a great stay at the Royal Palms and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel. "

"Great location within walking distance to Hamilton-about 30 minutes. Also very close to grocery store and bus stops. Susan was a great host- very welcoming. Room very comfortable with large beautiful bathroom. Kitchenette very handy for small meals. Access to the pool and patio area terrific. Must enjoy dogs as Oggy is very friendly. We will definitely stay again! Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Bermuda. "

"Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful."
