"The room was tidy and clean. Their reception and breaksfast restaurant you may go to its sister Hotel "The Hey Hotel" just next to the Guesthouse. The breaksfast environment and quality was impressive. The location was excellent near the famous main street / Interlaken West station. To Interlaken Ost station, better by bus but never wait a long time or if don't mind to walk on main street for shopping or restaurants."

"唯一缺點就是公寓沒冷氣，剛好遇到熱浪 又連續住3天 有兩台電風扇，但非常弱，弱到放在亞洲賣一定會賣不出去 第一天第二天熱醒... 後來用gpt查，在瑞士要涼 第一：早上一定要拉起所有窗簾窗 戶遮光 第二：等太陽下山，外頭天氣變冷，把窗戶打開，電風扇往外吹散室內熱氣，冷空氣進來溫度就有差了，但還是比不上有冷氣的好。 洗澡空間也很棒 沐浴是用 RITUAL 很不錯 公寓大又新 還有陽台 咖啡機也很棒 廚房也很棒，但不適合炒菜油煙會太大 員工貼心提醒：觸動警報器會罰500瑞朗。"

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."
