It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Loud music and parties are not permitted. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- 400 m² private garden, not overlooked and fully enclosed

The house is ideally located between Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
