“A cute hotel in a small town. The staff had been very helpful and caring. On the canal. Very queit and peaceful. Stayed for several days due to a business trip. No uber service around. You may need to book local taxi services by phone or online. Metro is about 800m away if you want to travel to cities like Rotterdam. Love that the window can be openned so I can got fresh air everyday. Watching the boats and ships pass through the canal was fun. I also utilized the trails along the canal.……

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“House keeping wasn't doing good. Didn't refill the toilet paper and shampoo. Sometimes didn't replace the towels even they were on the ground. Sometimes didn't even come in the room for cleaning.”

“Muy buen hotel amplio limpio con mucha atención parte personal el pero es que después de las 8 noche no hay ningún restaurante disponible”

“The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.”

“It is very good for everything.”

“There is no way the room is 20 sq m. It is tiny small. I think it is a cheating to mark the room size of 20 square m. The room is full of fancy stuffs but the quality of them are low. The only thing worth mentioning is the free use of laundry machines. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with good quality room facilities, this is definitely not the one.”
