Cooinda Holiday House in Berrara

Please note house is byo linen and towels and supplies. This is a great property for a budget price. Berrara is a secluded coastal village that is lucky enough to be host to some of the best swimming water and beach fishing on the south coast. There is a surf beach as well as a tidal lagoon for swimming. It is also edged by the Cudmirrah National Park, which holds an abundance of wildlife and fauna making this location a natural wonderland. Swim, surf, snorkel, fish, bush walk or on the other hand do nothing but relax in the sun. All this makes for the perfect family holiday. Bring your four legged friend too!

The House

The house itself boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large veranda to enjoy those warm evenings. The property boasts a light and functional decor that makes slipping into holiday mode easy. There is easy access to deck which boast water views. Stair Banisters have been updated and include child safety gates for peace of mind when staying with small children. There is a BBQ, Outdoor Seating. The Kitchen is locatedis modern and includes a dishwasher. There is DVD- Video available as well as washing machine and dryer.

Bring your four legged Friend with you, so they can have a holiday too. House fully fenced. Outside dog is permitted Strictly no dogs inside house. Great Outside space including hammocks to unwind.

House Set up

House sleeps 8 comfortable with 2 Living areas and plenty of seating. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs both queen beds. 3rd bedroom downstairs with queen and bunks. 4th bedroom has a queen bed and is located under main roof but external entry, which is great for privacy. Fold out lounge downstairs. Tv, dvd and video downstairs, additional tv with dvd upstairs. Beautiful veranda to enjoy that summer breeze and views of Berrara lagoon. Outside shower to wash off from the beach.

The property is a short walk from the beautiful south coast beaches, a stroll to the river and a short drive from lovely Sussex Inlet town (Sussex has a Supermarket, Movie Theatre, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotel and Clubs for your enjoyment.). For bigger shopping areas, Nowra is a half an hour drive.

You are spoilt for chocie with nature right on your doorstep with Berrara and Cudmirrah beaches, Swan Lake, and Conjola National Park. Not too far along the coast you will find Hyams beach, Huskisson and various other national gems.

Berrara is surrounded by Conjola National Park which is great for bushwalking, and Swan Lake which is also a wonderful attraction for boating, canoeing, sailboarding and water skiing.

The lovely Cudmirrah Store overlooking Swan Lake is ideal for a coffee, small purchases and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The main township of Sussex Inlet is just 5 mins away, where you will enjoy fishing, boating, golf tennis, and indoor heated pool. Sussex also has a Supermarket, Movie Theatre, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotel and Clubs for your enjoyment. Courtesy Buses available for local clubs.

Berrara is about 2.5 hours from Sydney on the beautiful NSW South Coast. Berrara is also a 2.5-3 hour drive from Canberra as well.
