「Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel」

「Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! 」

「Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. 「This truly was a perfect place to get away from it all and relax. The place was spotless, full of all amenities you might need. The coffee/tea bar with delicious cinnamon rolls was a lovely treat. The hot tub overlooking the creek was beautiful and so relaxing. Loved all of the bird watching. Thank you Dawn for providing a special place to recharge ourselves. Cant wait to come back!」

「Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....

「The stay was pretty good. The AC needs to be updated. The mobile AC unit on the main floor is not sufficient to keep the unit comfortable. The bathroom has 0 ventilation and is very hot most of the time.」

「Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.」
