「Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel」

「First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of...

「Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.」

「Got there a day after tornadoes moved through the area. There was no power at the motel but the staff was friendly and helpful and even offered us bottled water. In the morning when the power was back on I was able to see how clean and “fresh” the room was.」

「Looked newly remodeled 1 -2 years. Clean room and bathroom. Not much of a breakfast so ate at a restaurant down the street.」

「Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice.」

「The desk staff was great, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet. The room keys only worked sometimes which was annoying. The toilet seat was loose. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room and towel racks would have been nice. The breakfast was typical for a hotel. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. 」

「The remote control for the tv didn’t work, batteries were dead and the desk had no replacements, I heard two other people complaining about the same thing, the pool was filthy, would never consider getting in. The continental breakfast was no more than stale donuts, so I tried the cereal, it was just an Estelle as the donuts. Avoid this place at all cost」
