We enjoy the hotel because of its location in downtown St Joe and is walkable to town and the beach. It has an upscale feel as well. It was popular with young families which was good to see, no doubt because of its location and multi room options.

Good location and parking next to building. Good view of Lake Michigan in the upper park side rooms. But they need to prune the parkway trees. By next year their foliage will blossom city views in the 6th floor. Likely already obscured on lower floors

Very accommodating! Good place to stay while vacationing in the St Joseph, MI area. Complimentary oatmeal cookies are delicious too! We ordered the Bistro for dinner, food was great. Bummed they no longer offer their breakfast though. Overall, would recommend!

The property is a bit dated. Appliances in the room are loud (AC, fridge) and areas of the room does not look clean (e.g. light switch has black smudges). The room smells as if it had been a smoking room in the past. The breakfast is excellent, and the location for breakfast is very enjoyable. The covered patio is also another nice amenity. Food is excellent at the restaurant/bistro.
