“Lovely 1st floor flat, very close to the beach with easy beach access which was what we wanted. The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! The beds are nice and comfortable, bathroom is large and modern, living room has digital tv and wifi. The host was easy to communicate with and left lots of DVD's to watch if we wanted. We appreciated the welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolate!……

“Check in was simple. Brean beach is fantastic for long walks. Brean itself isn’t so great. The accommodation was basic, smelt damp. Oven was filthy. Not somewhere I would recommend. Overpriced for what it was.”

“We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.”

“Wall Eden Farm is a bit of a gem. It’s peaceful and uncomplicated, and the staff welcomed us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure we had a good stay. We stayed as a family and felt at ease straight away. There’s lots of nature and wildlife around if you take the time to notice it, which we really enjoyed. It’s the kind of place that encourages you to slow down and switch off for a while. The food in the restaurant was excellent too, which was a really nice bonus. I’d……

“Reasonably friendly staff Radiator cold not switched on at night Staff listened got fixed put right for following night Towels not grubby but quite stale stock Noisy male clientele drunk noisy in outside terrace early Sunday morning and late in hotel corridors . Leaked urine in lift Building and bar ok Place didnt feel that ok as solo female traveler Staff good about getting forgotten charger back to me No issue with staff”

“Room dirty carpet badly stained and in need of a good hoover. Windows so dirty unable to see out. ”

“Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay”
