“I brought a couple teens and my small dog out for a bicycle race. The place was easy to find and perfect for us as it had a place where the kids could prep their bikes for the morning and a yard where my little dog could walk around after a long drive. The neighbor’s dog/s are loud when something sets them off tho. Aside from that, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinner and getting a good night’s sleep before bfast and off to the races. As the title states: short and……

“The room was comfortable. I didn't notice on the property listing that a TV was not one of the amenities listed. I was there for a week for work and was not looking forward to being without a TV in the evenings. All it took was a text to the owner and a TV was delivered and set up in my room. I was very appreciative! So just be aware there is normally no TV. There were a couple of other issues - no iron in my room and I didn't have any way to adjust the cooling system. Neither of these things……

Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!”

“Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall.”

“I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee. “We had a very lovely two-day stay at Ashley's little bungalow - we would stay there again! We loved the colorful and unique decor and the proximity to downtown. “Very spacious and comfortable little craftsman bungalow updated and remodeled nicely. We had plenty of room with all necessary amenities. Having an ev the car charger was very convenient. The porch is wonderful for cool mornings and evenings - the only suggestion there would be a screen door. Host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend and we shall return again.”
