「Worst property I have encountered in the VRBO network. I would advise against staying here. We had ants in the property, spiders, WI-FI did not work, and the unit above us was not sound proofed so could hear every footstep and movement at all hours. This was a terrible value. I did complain but owners said I didn’t complain soon enough. Do NOT stay here, the property description says it’s elegant, far from it! 」

「HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely...

「The kitchen could be equipped with a few more items e.g. a bread knife. Inspect the glassware frequently. I almost cut my lip on a glass tumbler with a chip on the rim. The door handle into the bedroom was soiled. I did take picture of it to show my wife. I forgot and left a charger cord for my hearing aids in the bedroom. I thought the 50 service plus shipping charge to return to me out of line (too expense). 」
