"The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. "

"This property is a jewel. It is well kept, extremely kid friendly and the neighbors to it are some of the nicest people you will have a privilege to meet. I have stayed here just about every month for a weekend or more to see my children who live with my Ex and have built amazing memories. There are three large TVs so there is space for some to game and others to watch movies or shows. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus and detergent was supplied along with dryer wipes. The hostess is so kind and friendly and communicative before and after the visits and relays property updates as she receives them. I bring a cot and set it up in the loft and my teens and tweens set up a little game headquarters. I live comfortably here with my four kiddos. The lake access is very close but my kids prefer the pool and the swings. There is a community center with even more space but we have never needed to use it as we enjoy the cozy space this tiny home gives."

"A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. "

"Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably. Overall we are very pleased to have spent our time there. "
