Ideal home, ideal setting

Lovely home for family gathering right on the beach. Lots of indoor and outdoor common space to gather or be alone. Will def rebook for our yearly sibling reunion!

Great location

This is a great location for a week at the beach. This is our third year and we plan to return. The grandkids love it. The beach view and access is wonderful and the home layout works well for a family stay.

Fabulous Find

Bethany Beach is a lovely location and this beach front house is wonderful. We have traveled with friends for the last 10 years to various locations. This house was one of the very best. The kitchen was better provisioned than any place we’ve ever stayed. The view and furnishings were excellent.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This beautiful home provided a wonderful and relaxing experience for our family. To start off, upon entry, this home was very clean and the views of the beach were exceptional. The elevator was a plus as we were traveling with my elderly grandmother and lots of luggage. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was another plus. The beach access was great. This was our best vacation home thus far.

It was a beautiful house. Immaculately clean. Steps from the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. There’s a beautiful, large common area perfect for looking out at the ocean while sipping your morning coffee.

Great house for multiple families

The view is amazing! The top level deck has very nice furniture and is a perfect place to drink coffee and watch the sun rise! There is ample parking for the amount of bedrooms. The elevator made moving in and out so much easier.

This property was so comfortable for our family to enjoy the holiday season. Main level on the highest floor offering the best views of the beach. Easy to find. Easy access to the beach. Easy for family members of all ages to enjoy their stay. Definitely ready to rebook for next year!

Great beach vacation

The house is new and in very good condition. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Great ocean and beach view with easy access. Nice kitchen with all the tools. The contents of the drawers and cabinets are labeled, which is a nice touch. The rental process was easy.

4th of July Family and Friends

We've stayed in this community before, but were looking for closer proximity to the beach and more space. We were not disappointed! This house is PERFECT for families who want the convenience of an ocean-front property. We loved the kitchen and living room space, which was perfect for large family dinners. The best part? The 90 second walk to the beach! We can't wait to stay here again!

Great Getaway

The pictures on the website accurately reflected the home and its furnishings. It was lovely and the view was fantastic. The tvs have YouTube tv for your viewing pleasure. Most of the other streaming channels are loaded and you can access using your login information. The elevator was great as we travelled with our elderly mother. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled, making it easy to find items. It was definitely nice having ensuite bathrooms. You are only given a starter pack of items. If you are staying a week or more, you will need to bring or buy items such as paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. Also, be aware that the insulation between floors is minimal. If you are sleeping on a lower floor, you can hear the people walking on the floor above you.

Beautiful Home

We rented a week every summer at 30 Dune Rd for years before it was torn down and rebuilt. What a fantastic improvement! The view is even better now that the main living area and deck are a level higher. It is obvious that much thought and care was put into the rebuild and decorating. Furniture is comfortable, beds are plush and all those bathrooms make it really easy for multiple families to spread out and relax. The kitchen is extremely well equipped down to the labeled cabinets and drawers. The double refrigerator is a really nice touch as is the ice maker. The elevator was a huge plus as well! We have already booked our week for next year!

Gorgeous house with a gorgeous view!

This house was perfect for a group of ten for a quiet getaway right on the beach. Waking up each morning to watching dolphins from the deck while enjoying our coffee was definitely a bonus! All of the bedrooms have a private bath and there was space for everyone without feeling cramped. The house is gorgeous and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will absolutely be staying again and cannot wait to return!

Fantastic!

There were 10 of us and a 4 year old and we had plenty of space. The view was spectacular and it's like you had your own private beach. The dining room table was perfect for all of us.... house had all the kitchenware you could think of (we even bought some and didn't need to use). There was even an elevator which made everything easier to get up to the kitchen. Bravo as you thought of everything! We would highly recommend for larger groups.

A wonderful beach home!

We celebrated our family reunion here for a week early August. The house is beautifully situated in Middlesex beach in Bethany. It was wonderful to arrive w/ linens on the beds & towels hung un bathrooms. Well-appointed furnishings & outstanding kitchen w/ the twin refrigerators, separate wine cooler & very handy ice machine were bonus features for us. Would rent it again!
