This home has been recently renovated with brand new floors and new-en-suite baths. This fabulous home is mere minutes to the beach, boards, shops and restaurants of Bethany Beach... bikable for some or just hop on the trolley in the neighborhood that takes you to the beach. If you'd like to drive, the owner graciously offers a Bethany Beach Parking Permit. Now for the best part . . . the house . . . Perfectly situated with the right amount of sun and shade, this 4 BR, 3.5 BA home offers a fabulous and spacious screened porch in which you can enjoy meals, a good book or even the coveted apres-beach vacation nap! 2 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite baths, there's a sweet outdoor shower, propane BBQ grill for the chef in the group, plus all the normal creature comforts: CAC, in home washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs for binge-watching on cloudy or rainy days, plus books, games and puzzles! Headed to the beach? The home also offers beach chairs and a beach umbrella! If you are an avid tennis player or kayaker, you are in luck. The community offers a tennis court and Kayak launch... just bring your racquets and kayak. Sleeping nine of your favorite family members and friends, this new listing has lots of availability for 2025, so book today to get your first pick of dates! No Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Easy check-in, great communication, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lovely decor, trolley at the front door! Would have preferred a TV in all the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!!
